This is a simple yet powerful tool whose aim is to convert your FLV videos into Adobe Flash animations (SWF format). FLV is simply a video format, while SWF files are standalone Flash animations that you can insert on any webpage, as they include all the media playing controls and features you need. Thus, they can also be played on any device supporting Adobe Flash Player.
The program includes a functional user interface whose visual design, however, could be widely enhanced. It supports batch conversion, so that you can convert several FLV video files into SWF format at once. It allows you to add your source FLV files using three methods – drag-and-drop, individual file selection or selection by folder (you simply select a folder and the program will add all the FLV files inside it to your list). There is also a small CPU usage indicator for you to know how much of your CPU capacity is being demanded at any time. Moreover, you can change the default output folder by a custom one.
The program also includes an embedded media player for you to preview any of your listed FLV videos. It allows you to play, pause or stop your video, select the playing volume level and even take snapshots of it in several popular image formats.
